Deskripsi Kerja

Hatten Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an Administrative Intern to assist with general administration and office operational tasks. Responsibilities include supporting staff with research, data entry, filing, and coordination.

The ideal candidate will compile and maintain files, answer and redirect calls, schedule meetings, prepare documents, manage incoming and outgoing mail, assist in business development-related admin tasks, and maintain inventory.

Qualifications: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree student in Business Administration or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be detail-oriented, possess good communication abilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
