Deskripsi Kerja
- Booking, track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure timely communication between logistics, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and expected delivery times.
- Communicate with logistics regarding shipping methods, costs, and any potential delays or changes in delivery.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as shipping discrepancies, customs clearance, or damage during transit.
- Handle and maintain purchase-related documents and filing systems.
- Handle inquiries related to purchasing processes, both internal and external.
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing manager
- Prepare overseas administrative task
- Support sales in invoicing/quotation
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/ management from time to time.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in the use of office software, with good word processing skills.
- Meticulous and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate able to communicate, read, and type in Mandarin will be advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
