AD Consultants (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to oversee office supplies, schedule meetings, assist with HR tasks, coordinate travel, and manage correspondence. Your role will support management in ensuring smooth company operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Assist with onboarding and employee records
- Plan travel and events
- Maintain filing systems and databases
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen only
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Proven administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
