CARIJOB GROUP is seeking a dedicated Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing office maintenance, procurement of supplies, and optimizing administrative policies. The ideal candidate will liaise with vendors, organize company events, handle documents, and lead the admin team for effective collaboration.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of experience, proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Candidates should be aged between 25 and 45, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage a small team independently.
