Deskripsi Kerja
This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing customer service and support. Your duties will include:
- Submitting customer billing reports.
- Updating the customer report pre-alert tracker.
- Providing support for customer monitoring tasks.
- Updating status clearance loading list reports.
- Conducting COR reporting and sorting COR for customer arrangements.
You will also communicate with runners to ensure the quick return of COR and support customs declarations between Malaysia and Singapore.
