RAYHA GLOBAL SDN BHD is seeking an Agriculture Officer to plan, coordinate, and supervise agricultural activities. This role ensures optimal productivity and sustainable farm management, overseeing crop production, soil management, pest control, and irrigation systems while adhering to agricultural regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily farm operations including planting and harvesting.
- Monitor crop growth and soil conditions.
- Implement sustainable farming techniques and supervise workers.
- Manage farm budgets and maintain production records.
- Liaise with suppliers and conduct research on new agricultural technologies.
