Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service through outbound calls.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about upgrades, baggage, delays, and cancellations.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; no experience necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 9 hours with breaks. Salary starting from RM2,00 with allowances.
