Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Age Group: 18-55 years old.
Job Description:
- Handle outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, comments, and feedback.
- Contact customers if their flight has been rescheduled.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
Language: Mandarin (Required)
