Deskripsi Kerja
Capsule Transit is seeking an Airport Hotel Operations Host! You will manage check-in and check-out, reservations, inquiries via phone and email, and provide concierge services to enhance guest experiences. Collaborate with housekeeping and kitchen departments for seamless operations.
Requirements: Minimum Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level. Fresh graduates are welcome! Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required. A professional appearance and adherence to our grooming policy are essential.
Salary: RM2,00.00 to RM2,300.00 per month. Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
