Deskripsi Kerja
Heineken International B.V. is seeking a talented APAC Planning Hub Planner to lead and enhance planning processes across assigned OpCos, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP. The ideal candidate will engage local teams through training sessions to develop planning competencies, monitor performance via KPIs, and implement actions to improve planning outcomes. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, along with stakeholder management, to foster collaboration across functions. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain management, is required.
