AG Staffing Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Area Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will monitor and train outlet supervisors, ensuring that staff KPIs and SOPs are met with the highest standards.
Your responsibilities include developing brand strategies, increasing efficiency, and leading a motivated team to drive sales and enhance customer service. Qualifications include at least SPM or equivalent, retail or F&B experience, and strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
