Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the overall management and monitoring of our Branch Offices. Key responsibilities include ensuring that all KPIs are met, maintaining portfolio quality, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across branches. The ideal candidate will enforce strict adherence to policies, support staff through training, and drive expansion efforts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years experience in Micro Finance, leadership experience in managing at least 2 branches, and valid driver’s license.
