Join our team at Genesis BBQ Chicken Restaurant Franchise company as an Area Manager. In this role, you will enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and oversee operations across all outlets.
Your responsibilities include managing compliance with standard operating procedures, maintaining product quality, leading store managers to meet sales targets, training staff, and optimizing inventory. You will also handle customer feedback, implement marketing strategies, and ensure regulatory adherence through regular audits.
We require a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years in F&B operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software.
