Deskripsi Kerja
Poney Garments Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to support and coordinate operational marketing activities aimed at achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets and conduct weekly performance reviews.
- Provide competitor feedback and market insights.
- Develop strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and manage daily outlet operations.
- Conduct training for promoters and assist in hiring.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Willingness to travel, work shifts, and overtime.
- Malaysian citizenship required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: Up to RM4,00/month
