Deskripsi Kerja

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Train and motivate subordinates, maintaining compliance with ISO9001 & ISO14001.
- Monitor production quality, provide records to management, and recommend disciplinary action when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and engage effectively within the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Plastic Injection manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
