IM GLOBAL PROPERTY CONSULTANTS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Assistant Building Manager to support the Building Manager in daily operations, maintenance, and tenant management. The ideal candidate will help ensure the building runs smoothly while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and cleaning.
• Coordinate with service providers.
• Address resident inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in property management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
