Deskripsi Kerja

S & E Moore Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Company Secretary. This role involves providing professional company secretarial services, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2016, and preparing statutory documents for the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).

Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, hold an ICSA qualification, and possess strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Familiarity with Mandarin is a plus.

This full-time position offers RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month, along with training opportunities and benefits.
