Deskripsi Kerja
Join the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, you will support the Director of F&B in managing restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include supervising Restaurant Managers, implementing point of sales systems, conducting weekly restaurant inspections, and handling customer feedback with prompt actions.
You will also assist in developing beverage lists and menus, identifying areas for operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. This position requires leadership skills and a passion for excellence in service.
