Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director of Rooms to oversee all operational aspects of the Rooms Division. This role involves managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Concierge teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience that aligns with Hyatt’s brand standards.
Key responsibilities include supervising room availability and revenue management, delivering outstanding customer service, and addressing guest complaints promptly. Additionally, the Assistant Director will participate in recruitment, staff training, budgeting, and special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
