Deskripsi Kerja
GCB MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our hotel restaurants and banquet facilities. Your role will include directing food service activities, supervising all F&B employees, and ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
You will analyze operations to optimize performance, manage budgetary responsibilities, and develop policies to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will oversee all menu production and collateral approvals, as well as lead departmental meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
