Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of Human Resource Management.
- Strategic HR planning and talent acquisition.
- Employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Implement performance management systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years in HR.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
