Haza Food Sdn Bhd is looking for an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to aid our Outlet Manager in daily operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and staff supervision.
- Monitor service quality and safety compliance.
- Engage with customers for satisfaction.
- Support financial controls and inventory management.
- Collaborate for operational improvements.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, 2-3 years supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, ability to thrive under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
