We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff schedules, monitoring performance against targets, managing inventory and vendor relations, resolving customer issues, and preparing operational reports. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
