IS IKHLAS SUCI (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Manager – Operations (Janitorial Services) to support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supervising janitorial services.
- Managing and scheduling cleaning staff.
- Conducting regular facility inspections.
- Addressing client complaints promptly.
- Training and mentoring staff.
Skills Required: Problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and team leadership.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: RM3,800.00 – RM4,300.00/month
Experience: 2 years in Janitorial Services required.
