Join Hatten Hotel Melaka as an Assistant Pastry Chef! You will assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all aspects of food production, including the prep kitchen, banquets, and service areas.

Your role involves maintaining high food quality and service standards, managing daily use records, and minimizing waste.

Job Type: Permanent
