Deskripsi Kerja
The Assistant Plant Manager at Cargill will oversee operational excellence in multiple production facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance standards. Key responsibilities include implementing compliance programs, establishing operational priorities, leading quality management, and developing team talent for efficiency improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and at least two years of supervisory experience. Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred. Location: Melaka, Ayer Keroh; travel may be required.
