Deskripsi Kerja

Join Upright Talent as an Assistant Production Manager in the plastic division. Your role will involve providing operational advice and technical support, ensuring products meet customer demand and quality requirements, and monitoring continuous improvement programs. Key responsibilities include technical guidance on mold design and maintenance, supporting molding production activities, conducting feasibility studies for mold quotations, and assisting in sales and business development for new projects.

This position offers an attractive remuneration package up to RM 15k, comprehensive benefits, and a structured career progression. Ideal candidates should have experience in operational support and technical guidance within manufacturing, particularly in plastics.
