Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

The Assistant Production Supervisor will check and monitor equipment optimization to ensure scheduled output. Responsibilities include overseeing daily production and quality control, reducing waste, coordinating production orders, and managing manpower assignments. Continuous support and training for workers, especially new hires, is essential.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should possess a diploma or certificate in a related field, with at least 2 years of production or manufacturing experience, including some supervisory exposure. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are vital, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
