Deskripsi Kerja
Position Summary:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for daily shift management to meet A&W operations standards. This role is operationally sound, highly motivated, and committed to managing people and the restaurant effectively.
Duties include assisting the General Manager, leading shifts to achieve standards, ensuring proper staffing, maintaining communication, delivering great customer service, and coaching team members. Applicants should possess a degree or diploma, have at least one year of F&B experience, and a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,600.00 – RM2,900.00 per month
