Deskripsi Kerja
Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to help create and implement effective sales plans targeting revenue enhancement. The ideal candidate will monitor market trends, motivate and train the team, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include evaluating team performance, addressing customer concerns, and tracking sales metrics.
This full-time position offers competitive pay from RM2,900.00 to RM3,500.00 per month, along with benefits such as additional leave, meal allowances, and professional development opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience are preferred. Expected start date is 12/02/2024.
