KASUT U SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations and enhance customer service. In this role, you’ll assist in managing staff, overseeing inventory, and contributing to sales strategies to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and training shop staff.
- Monitor daily operations for efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and product displays.
- Support sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
Location: Johor Bahru (commute or relocate required)
Experience: 2 years in retail (preferred)
