Deskripsi Kerja
Job Scope:
- Report to the Supervisor and senior managers as required.
- Liaise between the Supervisor and staff.
- Develop and conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Establish business knowledge related to company goals.
- Monitor job performance metrics for individuals and teams.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to staff.
- Communicate productivity concerns to the Supervisor.
- Participate in a management training program.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Training provided.
