Location: Bandar Botani Parkland
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Supervisor to assist in store operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the supervisor with store matters.
- Communicating company policies and employee welfare.
- Organizing workgroups and providing daily briefings.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and resolving routine issues.
- Training and motivating staff to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring store operations and maintaining stock and cleanliness.
- Interacting well with customers and promoting products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM1,900.00 per month
Schedule: Afternoon, Day, or Early shifts.
Experience in retail sales preferred (1 year).
