We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Supervisor to join our team at our Lotus Sungai Dua location in Penang.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in staff management and scheduling.
- Motivate and train staff on company policies and selling skills.
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets.
- Provide professional customer service.
