Deskripsi Kerja
Join our dynamic team at Watson’s Personal Care Stores Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Supervisor. We are seeking fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English speakers who can work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply for full-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist store manager with hiring and training.
- Motivate staff on policies and customer service.
- Develop sales strategies and generate reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
