Deskripsi Kerja
Job Purpose: To maintain a professional standard of customer care while promoting company products and managing an effective team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager with staffing, including hiring and duty roster management.
- Motivate and train staff on company policies, customer service, and sales skills.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate necessary reports on staff turnover, sales, and inventory levels.
- Provide professional services to customers.
Education & Experience: Diploma/Advanced Diploma required; 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
