Main Purpose of Role: Maintain accurate employee information to fulfill the organization’s legal obligations while supporting effective human resource management and planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process changes to HR programs and policies.
- Maintain employee records securely in HRIS.
- Manage personal information, job history, and leave records.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for legal compliance.
- Respond to inquiries, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications: Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in HR.
