Deskripsi Kerja
Join us as an Associate Learning Consultant supporting the design and delivery of corporate learning solutions. You will assist senior consultants with needs analysis, curriculum development, workshop facilitation, LMS administration, and learner assessment. Coordinate client meetings, prepare training materials and reports, and track program effectiveness using data. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in L&D, training, HR, or consulting, strong communication and presentation skills, and basic proficiency with LMS, PowerPoint, and Excel. Proactive, organized, and client-focused applicants will thrive in this role.
