Deskripsi Kerja

Concentrix is seeking an Associate for Planning & Scheduling in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves acting as a liaison between the Centralized and Site WFM teams, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, and optimizing schedules across multiple locations. You will handle real-time queue monitoring, resolve escalated issues, and produce efficiency reports.

We require good communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to work 24/7. Candidates with scheduling skills are preferred and must be able to thrive under pressure.

Location: Sunway VISIO Tower, Level 8, Menara Sunway VISIO, Kuala Lumpur. Fluent English is required.
