Deskripsi Kerja

Join SRG Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. as an Astrology Support Specialist. In this role, you will interact professionally with Astro customers via calls to provide assistance and information—no sales required. You will also manage escalated complaints and service requests.

Requirements include SPM/O-Level with 2 years of customer service experience, or a Diploma with 6 months experience. Fresh graduates with a Degree are encouraged to apply. Live chat support experience is a plus.

This 12-month contract position is based in Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral, with rotational shifts and a salary ranging from RM 2,00 to RM 2,800 per month.
