Deskripsi Kerja
Join Prestige Carcare Group Sdn Bhd as an Automotive Service Advisor! In this role, you will be responsible for general administrative tasks and supporting office activities. You will maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your duties include following up on service inquiries, resolving customer complaints, providing technical support, and preparing quotations and invoices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay range of RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 and benefits including maternity leave and professional development opportunities.
Keperluan
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
