Deskripsi Kerja
Assist the Production Manager in daily bakery operations. Ensure SOP compliance, plan production to meet quality and timelines, monitor output, downtime and rejects, manage staff schedules, enforce GMP/HACCP/ISO 2200, maintain documentation, train and motivate teams, and report progress. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, 2+ years relevant experience preferred, baking experience advantageous, computer literate, strong communication and leadership skills. Salary: RM 4,00–50,00.
