Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (KL), accessible by MRT.

Salary Package: RM3,00 – RM3,800 (dependent on highest education certificate and years of working experience).

Working Time: 24/7 shift (rotating every quarter), 5 days a week, with 2 days off.

*Hybrid mode possibility based on performance.

Job Description:

• Enhance customer experience through excellent product knowledge.
• Address customer concerns regarding deliveries and other issues.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions within allocated time.
• Maintain quality processes for accurate and timely service.
