Deskripsi Kerja
We are currently seeking a Banking Contact Centre Representative in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This position offers a basic salary of up to RM300, depending on your qualifications and experience, along with a shift allowance and the potential for permanent placement with salary increments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- No sales or outbound calls are required.
- Complete any ad-hoc assignments from supervisors.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or SPM with experience.
- Fluency in English is a must.
