Deskripsi Kerja

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filtered coffee, and specialty drinks
• Ensuring the highest standards of coffee quality and presentation
• Providing excellent customer service, engaging with patrons, and addressing any queries or concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
• Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including latte art and espresso brewing
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a exceptional experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
