Primary Objectives: Promote coffee consumption by educating customers about our offerings and serving a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, and cookies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their coffee interests.
- Educate customers on the coffee menu, answering questions.
- Prepare coffee drinks like espresso, latte, and cappuccino.
- Maintain inventory and supplies for the coffee bar.
- Ensure equipment is functioning and perform maintenance.
- Follow instructions from the head barista.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
