Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a friendly, professional Bellman to welcome guests, handle luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide timely information about hotel services and local attractions. Responsibilities include maintaining lobby appearance, coordinating with front desk and housekeeping, assisting with valet and transportation requests, and ensuring guest safety. Candidates must have strong communication skills, physical stamina to lift luggage, a customer-service attitude, punctuality, and basic English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Previous hospitality experience preferred. Flexible shifts, uniform provided, and tip-sharing included.
