Join Glob Pro BrainHunters Sdn Bhd as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative!

Shifts: Rotational shifts based on specific markets such as HK, SG, MY.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, e-mails, live chats, and messages on social media from customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and promptly.
• Provide troubleshooting support and address customer concerns to the best of your ability.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holders only. Fresh graduates with excellent language skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 4-6 years of work or industry experience are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
