Deskripsi Kerja
Role: Customer Service – E-Hailing SG Market
Location: Medini Sentral, Johor Bahru
Shift: 24/7 rotation shift
Salary: RM 2,100/month + Night Shift Allowance RM 300 + KPI Allowance RM 400
Job Scope: Provide exceptional helpdesk support via telephone, chat, and email; utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer issues; probe effectively to address inquiries; and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements: Must be 18+, possess SPM/UEC/SKM 3/SVM 3/IGCSE certificates; fresh graduates are welcome; fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English; willing to work rotating shifts.
