Deskripsi Kerja
Location: In-Office – Malacca, Malaysia
Working Hours: US Time Zone Shift: Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST (Malaysia: 9PM–6AM)
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Mandarin to assist US Medicaid patients with health insurance enrollment and recertification. Cantonese speakers are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Medicaid recertification.
- Respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Conduct follow-ups for satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese preferred.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Based in Malacca or willing to relocate.
- Strong communication skills.
